Eugene Au is a lawyer whose practice focuses on family law and wills and estates matters.
In his family law practice, Eugene represents clients in matters arising from the breakdown of family relationships. He has experience dealing with issues pertaining to divorce, custody, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, property division and child protection. Eugene strives to pursue effective solutions to legal problems and is a proponent of out-of-court alternative dispute resolution methods.
Eugene also advises clients on wills, estates and personal planning matters. He assists with the preparation of personal planning documents to help clients plan effectively for themselves and their families.
Prior to law school, Eugene worked in the field of pharmaceutical research. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of British Columbia in 2009, and was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2010.
