A Will sets out an individual’s estate plan, including:

• appointment of Executor and Trustee to carry out the individual’s wishes upon death
• appointment of Guardians for the individual’s children
• the manner in which the individual’s estate is to be distributed

Personal Planning Documents

Documents such as a Power of Attorney and a Representation Agreement are legal planning tools that allow an individual to give authority to another person to assist with decision making or to make decisions on their behalf.
